Indigo and Blackstone

Indigo and Blackstone is a short performance based on research into the relationship between dance and language. For this Roshanak Morrowatian used the text Indigo and Blackstone by writer Abdelkader Benali.

Together with dancers from ICK Next, she has worked on themes such as sisterhood, homelessness and the paradox of an endless desire to arrive somewhere and at the same time keep moving.

In 2023 Indigo and Blackstone was performed at ICK Dans Amsterdam and at The Artists Are Present in Frascati.
